Withdrawal for digital content

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.

Withdrawal for printed calendars

You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts when you or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where multiple goods in one order are delivered separately, it starts with possession of the last item. Consent for digital files does not remove withdrawal rights for a printed calendar.

You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. The withdrawal function is also permanently accessible through “Withdraw contract” in the footer. Review your entries, then select “Confirm withdrawal”. We promptly acknowledge receipt by email. Sending your declaration before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs except additional costs of a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard method, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving withdrawal. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fees apply.

For goods we may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first. Return goods to the above address without undue delay and within fourteen days of notifying withdrawal; sending within that period is sufficient. You bear the direct return costs. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Early expiry for digital content

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, withdrawal expires when performance begins only if you previously expressly consented to early performance, acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights and received the required contract confirmation under section 312f BGB. This applies to the digital content so provided and does not automatically affect goods in a mixed order.
