Orders and accounts
I process your name, email, billing and any delivery address, selected products and licences, order reference and payment status to perform the contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Accounts provide order history and downloads; passwords are stored as hashes. Guest checkout is available. Required order fields are marked; the order cannot be processed without them.
Payment and shipping
PayPal payments share the required details with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, acting as an independent controller. See the PayPal privacy notice. For bank transfers I process payment receipt, amount and reference. Calendar delivery requires sharing recipient and address details with the delivery carrier. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Confirmation, downloads and withdrawal
Accepted terms, the selected licence and your express declarations are stored as evidence of the contract. Download access is processed to provide and limit the agreed downloads. Withdrawal declarations include your name, contact address, contract reference, declaration and receipt time and are retained to process and acknowledge withdrawal under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Withdrawal does not automatically erase your account.
Retention and rights
Order and invoice records are kept for their applicable statutory retention periods under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; evidence necessary for specific legal claims is based on Article 6(1)(f). Account and contact data no longer required is deleted subject to retention obligations. The general privacy policy explains hosting, three-month server logs, Matomo with and without analytics cookies, contact channels and your rights. You may contact me to exercise your rights.
